Meet Ben

Ben Purcell has been working in the property sector for nearly 20 years.

As a founding partner of Andrews Residential, Ben has been sharing his expertise and experience with our customers and clients since 2006, providing accurate advice and offering sound guidance to customers and clients in all aspects of property sales and purchases.

Ben’s area of expertise is in valuations and the marketing of new properties, and he oversees the day-to-day running of the sales department.

Outside working hours, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
